A meeting room usually grows one device at a time: a projector, then a conference camera, a speakerphone, a clicker, a whiteboard and a tangle of cables. Each has its own remote, and the meeting starts ten minutes late while someone looks for the right input.
We design the room as one system instead. We survey the space, choose the equipment for its size and use, install it on a properly prepared network and train the people who will use it — so the room works every time someone walks in.
